We have the following processes
1. Film making: We have 7 high output film making plants from Kabra Extrusion Technik Ltd & Gurucharan Ind. In this process we convert the plastic granule into blown film.
2. Printing: We have 2 rotogravure and 2 flexo printing machines to cater the varied printing requirements of our divert customers. Our latest printing machine is from Pelican Rotoflex, Rajkot a leading manufacturer of Rotogravure machines worldwide equipped with latest automation system ensure error free printing
3. Lamination: We have the latest lamination machine to ensure unmatchable bond strength between the multiple layers of the packaging material
4. Glue: in order to cater the demand of courier bags used by E commerce and courier companies we have the latest Robatech glue application Machine.
5. Pouch making : We have in total 12 pouch bag and pouch making machines with all necessary automation and controls to cater to various types of pouches like centre seal, stand up zipper pouch and 3 side seal pouch.
